Glacier Hills PTO
School District 196 believes in shared decision making at the building level. The district encourages community involvement and utilizing the talents of parents and other community members. The PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) supports the efforts of the school in their mission and helps with decision making in many areas. This advisory group consists of Glacier Hills staff and parents/guardians.
Glacier Hills has a dedicated group of parents and staff who form the Glacier Hills Elementary PTO with the express purpose to:
- Enhance the education and development of the students at Glacier Hills
- Support a positive working and learning environment at Glacier Hills
- Raise and distribute funds in a manner that supports these goals
The PTO generally meets the second Tuesday of each month at 4:45PM. All parents/caregivers are welcome at these meetings.

UPDATE : PTO Sponsored Restaurant Nights
- Tuesday, November 19th: Raising Canes in Eagan from 4:00-9:00 pm. 15% of sales will be donated to the school.
- Tuesday, February 25th: Chipotle Eagan Promenade from 4:00-8:00 pm. 25% of sales will be donated to the school.
- April (date is TBD): Cafe Zupas
- Thursday, June 5th: Coldstone in Eagan to celebrate the last day of school.
